What kind of degrees are you guys looking for?
Hello
Any undergraduate degree, combined with a Tefl certification, will be enough to get hired for a ESL teaching job anywhere in the world.
International schools, universities and certain specialist posts require more specific qualifications.
Where does one get a TEFL cert?
